The
Organizational Structure
The
Society is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of nine
elected members elected by the General Assembly of the Society.
The board selects from its members an executive committee.
This committee is fully empowered by the Board of Directors
with the exception of those powers that the board decides
to withhold.
