It spreads the principles of the movement and the society's activities through preparing informative and guiding brochures, conducting seminars and taking part in international campaigns that are related to humanitarian services. The committee also includes an information center that is concerned with the movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent and the International Humanitarian Law. This committee is also responsible for the issuing of the "Al Hilal"monthly magazine and taking part in the national and international exhibitions.
